ID 24-1073 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas authorizing the City Manager to execute and administer joint funding agreements ("agreements") for water resource investigations by and between the City of Denton and the United States Geological Survey, Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center ("USGS") related to continued support of the Hickory Creek streamflow station ("station") in an annual amount not to exceed $6,500.00; authorizing the expenditure of funds; and providing an effective date. The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (6-0).
