ID 24-921 Consider approval of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a Development Agreement between the City of Denton and Bonnie Brae BFR, LLC relating to a modification of the Bonnie Brae Street Phase 6 Improvement Project adjacent to the property located at 2205 North Bonnie Brae Street; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Development Agreement; and providing for the receipt of funds from Bonnie Brae BFR, LLC in the amount of eighty-nine thousand, nine hundred and sixty nine and 30/100 dollars ($89,969.30); authorizing the city manager to expend said funds; and providing an effective date.
