Irby Company, as the secondary vendor, for the supply of electric rubber insulated termination, connectors, splices, and accessories for the City of Denton Warehouse; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (IFB 8400 - awarded to Techline, Inc., as the primary vendor and Stuart C. Irby Company, as the secondary vendor, for three (3) years, with the option for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions, in the total five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $1,200,000.00).
