The variance requested is an increase in the maximum length of the flagpole portion of a proposed flag lot and relief from the provision for a permanent turn-a-round, generally located on the northwest side of N Trinity Rd, approximately 2600 feet north of US 380 in the City of Denton Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Division 1, Denton County, Texas.
