This project should be abandoned and rejected for these reasons:
Increase in traffic in the Sundown Ranch neighborhood
Overcrowding an already overcrowded local elementary school and the safety of students that will need to cross Teasley to walk to school
The detrimental effects on property values of having a four-story apartment building overlooking a suburban neighborhood
This small piece of property just could not sustain such an undertaking - it is too small and should be placed elsewhere.

This property is not appropriate for apartments at this time. There is not infrastructure to support it in the Roads. It is impossible enough to get onto Teasley from Sundown Blvd during peak traffic times and turning left onto Teasley from Sundown is near impossible unless you want to risk an accident. Adding 90 families to this small area is not feasible. Additionally, the homes that the units would face would not benefit from a 3 story building looking over their property.
