As a resident of Country Lakes Estates Community and a resident here in Denton, I recommend approval of this agenda item as I believe it will have minimal effect if any on traffic flow in our area. The Church has completed a wide sidewalk around the property that benefits many and I understand was involved in the widening of John Payne road which helped traffic flow in the area in anticipation of the new sanctuary completion.
