DCA23-0008a Hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas amending the Denton Development Code related to street lighting standards, specifically amendments to Sections 7.11.6C and 7.11.6D related to amending street lighting fixture standards to apply to new developments and adding a reference to the Streetlight Criteria Manual; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing a severability clause and an effective date.
