North elevations of Bldgs 3,4,7,8 appear to lack sufficient design elements. And flat roof line should be broken up (exceeds 75') with perhaps parapet steps. Utility meters should be screened with screening wall/fence or landscaping on east and west elevations of Bldgs 3,4,7,8, and elsewhere where meters are visible from project perimeter.
