ID 23-1029 Consider adoption of an ordinance by the City of Denton ratifying and authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute and deliver an Advanced Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for bridge replacement or rehabilitation of the state system project located at Trinity Road at Cooper Creek in the City of Denton; Providing for the use of federal funds for a project of 100% funding with no local match required, in the amount of nine hundred seventy-three thousand and eighty-one dollars ($973,081.00) for CSJ #0918-46-300; authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date.
