ID 23-906 Consider adoption of an ordinance by the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a 1) Advanced Funding Agreement Amendment No. 1 for the termination of the original Advanced Funding Agreement and 2) execute a new Advanced Funding Agreement for funding under the North Central Texas Council of Government's' Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Improvement Program, providing financial assistance for the city's Pecan Creek and Nette Shultz Elementaries Safe Routes to Schools (SRTS) sidewalk project; CSJ 0918-46-267, through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), in an amount not to exceed four hundred thirty-eight thousand, eight hundred twenty and 00/100 ($438,820.00) dollars; authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date.
