ID 23-322 Consider adoption of an ordinance ordering a recall election to be held in the City of Denton on May 6, 2023 for the purpose of determining whether City Council Member Jesse Davis shall be removed from District 3 seat of the City Council by recall; prescribing the time, manner, and conduct of the election in accordance with an Election Agreement and Contract for election services with the Election Administrator of Denton County; and providing an effective date.
