ID 23-086 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager to execute and deliver a lease agreement between the City of Denton, as Landlord, and CDI Hickory, LLC, as Tenant, leasing approximately 1089 square feet of land, located near the southwest corner of East Hickory and Industrial Streets, being situated within the H. Sisco Survey, Abstract Number 1184, City of Denton, Denton County, Texas, for the continued occupancy, use, and maintenance of an outdoor patio; and providing an effective date.
