ID 23-081 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a contract between the City of Denton and Connect Technology Group, LLC, amending the contract approved by the City Council on June 2, 2020, in the not-to-exceed amount of $983,850.00; said first amendment to provide additional structured data cabling services for construction/renovation projects within existing facilities, and projected new construction for voice and data communications supporting daily operations; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 7260 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $245,000.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,228,850.00).
