as a property owner on Hardaway which is in the neighborhood east of the proposed school site, I oppose this request. I'm concern about the safety of children walking to this proposed site due to the condition of Riney Rd and North Bonnie Brae. Also, emergency responders will have trouble reaching this area due to increased traffic from the new Denton High School and this new elementary school. I am concerned that a school entrance from Riney Rd will be dangerous for students due to traffic.
