PUB22-170 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc., for professional engineering services on the Lead and Copper Public Outreach and Crisis Communication Plan for the Water Utilities Department as set forth in the contract; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 7574-019 - Professional Services Agreement for engineering services awarded to HDR Engineering, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $217,106.50).
