PUB22-156 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas Home-Rule Municipal Corporation, authorizing the filing of applications with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality ("TCEQ") by the City Manager, or their designee, for and pursuing general amendment of water rights authorizations, pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Texas Water Code, in Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts, and additional bed and banks conveyance, diversion and use authority related to discharged water from Denton's Municipal Wastewater Treatment Facilities; providing for an effective date.
