A Work Session to discuss and review the prospect of eliminating from City Policy all unnecessary employee drug testing, except where unambiguously required by state or federal law. (2). A Work Session to discuss and review the status of TXDOT roads the City intends to take back, and amendment of the Mobility Plan to include a roundabout at the intersection of Eagle, Bell, Dallas, and Locust.
