PUB22-114 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to enter into and execute vendor agreements with non-profit or governmental organizations that provide utility bill relief; providing for the acceptance of funds issued to Denton Municipal Utilities on behalf of customers from said no-profit or governmental organizations; and providing an effective date.
