ID 22-889 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton repealing ordinance no. 2014-086; approving the 2022 Denton Municipal Electric - Electric Service Standards ("2022 ESS"); delegating authority to Denton Municipal Electric for any future amendments or newly promulgated Electric Service Standards in accordance with the relevant authorities provided herein; providing for a repealer; providing for a severability clause; and, providing an effective date. The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (5 - 0).
