ID 22-878 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a second amendment to a contract between the City of Denton and Trilliant Networks Inc., amending the contract approved by City Council on April 21, 2020, in the not-to-exceed amount of $817,304.50, amended by Amendment 1 approved by Purchasing; said second amendment to provide continued vendor support services for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) for the Denton Municipal Electric Metering Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 7218 - providing for an additional second amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $304,250.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,121,554.50). The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (5 - 0).
