PUB22-032 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a professional services agreement between the City of Denton and Weaver Consultants Group, LLC, amending the contract approved by Purchasing on December 27, 2021, in the not-to-exceed amount of $26,100.00; said first amendment to complete maintenance and repairs of the Landfill Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) at the City of Denton Landfill; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 7109-024 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $49,198.34, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $75,298.34).
