F. ID 22-601 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement between the City of Denton and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of North Texas (OLLI at UNT) to offer a discounted membership option to Denton Parks and Recreation Pass holders 50 years and older and utilize space provided by City of Denton Recreation Centers; authorizing the City Manager, to perform all obligations of the city under the agreement and providing an effective date.
