ID 22-291 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Flow-Line Construction, Inc., for the construction of the Windsor Capacity Upgrade Project consisting of a new wastewater line installation along West Windsor Drive from the intersection of Fireside Lane and West Windsor Drive moving west for 3,900 linear feet to the intersection of North Bonnie Brae Street and West Windsor Drive; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (CSP 7847 - awarded to Flow-Line Construction, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,331,615.25).
