West Survey, located in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas, and known as 6151 Hartlee Field Road, for the purchase price of One Hundred Two Thousand Dollars and no/100 ($102,000.00); authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
