West Survey, located in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas, and known as 5995 Hartlee Field Road, for the purchase price of One Million Ninety Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars and no/100 ($1,090,455.00); authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
