ID 22-149 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Program Agreement with Eagle County Health Service District, dba Eagle County Paramedic Services ("Eagle County"), Public Safety Association Inc and managed by the North Central EMS Corporation, dba Savvik Buying Group, under the Texas Government Code Chapters 252, 271, and 791, to authorize City of Denton contracts for the purchase of various goods and services; authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor; and declaring an effective date (File 7929 - Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Eagle County).
