ID 21-2335 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager to accept an offer from the Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT") to convey 0.8983 acres out of the 41.629 acre parcel of land to TxDOT in the Thomas Toby Survey, Abstract No. 1285, owned by the City of Denton, located at 3820 Airport Road (FM 1515); authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to complete the contemplated transaction; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
