ID 21-1940 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Denton and United Way of Denton County, Inc. providing for the expenditure of funds in the amount of $18,850 for a grant to fund Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Licenses in furtherance of the coordinated system of homeless assistance programs; authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date.
