ID 21-1939 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Denton and United Way of Denton County, Inc. providing for the expenditure of funds in the amount of $40,000 for a grant to fund the Barriers Fund for the prevention and diversion of homelessness in furtherance of the coordinated system of homeless assistance programs; authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date.
